1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using RevisionRun's website and platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

RevisionRun provides an AI-powered practice platform for IB Mathematics students. The Service includes practice questions, skill tracking, personalized recommendations, and progress analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your password
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • Refunds are provided at our discretion

Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. All payments are processed securely by Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce our content without permission
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated tools to access the Service (bots, scrapers)
  • Share or distribute exam questions or answers outside the platform

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by RevisionRun B.V. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

IB and International Baccalaureate are trademarks of the International Baccalaureate Organization. RevisionRun is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IBO.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service (such as messages or feedback). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our practice questions perfectly represent actual IB exam content or that using our Service will result in any particular grade.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevisionRun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Active subscriptions will continue until the end of the current billing period.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the Netherlands.
